On this episode Mike and Andrew talk about the life long battle with epilepsy Mike had from the time he was only 9 months old

After living with epilepsy for over 40 years, Mike finally achieved relief from the debilitating disease when he underwent brain surgery on Dec. 6, 1994

The surgery at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, Calif. ended his long battle with epilepsy, but it still took him nearly 3 years to wean himself off the endless medications and overcome the physical addiction to those medications before he could function without the meds.
